Repetition of the research process and reformulating the research problem as statistical hypotheses. Sampling and data collection, questionnaire design. Basic methods for descriptive and inferential statistics. Design of experiments and analysis of variance. Correlation and regression analysis. Factor analysis and constructing scales. An overview of some statistical methods common in marketing analysis.
